For Providers

We recognize you may need to refer patients to be seen immediately. We are happy to take your immediate, urgent referrals or patients that simply need care soon.

Our care team will fax (or email) progress notes so that you know how your patient's care is progressing. We are happy to accept patients will all payer sources. And, we are happy to accept challenging patients with difficult to treat wound conditions.

Referrals

We have two office locations in the south metro area for patient convenience. Additionally, we will make arrangements to see patients after hours or on weekends when necessary.

Immediate

Urgent & Standard

Please call 720.575.3300 for urgent referrals. Referrals may also be sent electronically at peaksurgical@outlook.com

After-hours

Please call 720.820.9455 (select Option 2) to reach Dr. Glenn after hours. We are happy to see patients after hours and on weekends when required.

ER Referrals

We provide clinic-based care that often will keep patients out of the hospital. If your patient needs antibiotic therapy, surgical follow up, trauma or accident follow up, feel free to refer them. Please call Dr. Glenn at 720 820 9455 (option 2 after hours) to make a referral.
